With easy access to public transport facilities, we were able to get around the area with ease. Plus, the proximity to the train station and bus terminal made us feel like we were staying in the city center. the spacious room, comfortable bed, and friendly service exceeded our expectations.

The parking lot could use some improvement to accommodate more vehicles.

I had a great stay at this hotel. the location was excellent as it was near a convenience store and various restaurants, making it extremely convenient for me to grab anything I needed. Additionally, being very close to Sungai Besi train station was a huge advantage for exploring the city. Secondly, the staff at the hotel were friendly and provided excellent service. They were always ready to assist with any queries or requests I had. Finally, I was impressed with the basic amenities provided in the room. Despite being a three-star hotel, the room had everything I needed and was well-maintained.

The only aspect that could be improved upon was the soundproofing in the rooms.

The key card was a hassle as we only received one, and had to use it for the elevator, room, and iron outside the room. the air conditioning unit was not cold enough, which made the room slightly uncomfortable.

I recently stayed at this hotel and I was pleasantly surprised by the overall experience. the location was fantastic as it was very close to the TBS bus station and Sungai Besi train station. This made it very convenient for me to explore the city and travel to different attractions. Additionally, being situated in the midst of a huge shopping complex meant that there were plenty of options for dining and entertainment right at my doorstep.

The hotel allowed early check-in with no charge. Guests safety was ensured with card access to the lift. The spacious room was perfect for families and friends. The location was strategic with plenty of local food options. Parking was easy to find.
